You’ve got 7 days from the moment your DTMF package lands at your doorstep to decide: “Does this piece hit like the album did?” If not, no worries — we’ll walk you through the return process with the same care we put into our designs.

What’s Covered?

If something went wrong on our end, we’ll fix it — no hesitation, no hassle.
  • Wrong Item: Got a tee when you ordered a hoodie? We’ve got you. Let us know and we’ll send the right one or process a refund.
  • Damaged Item: If your merch shows up looking like it went through a mosh pit, we’ll make it right. Snap a photo and email us.
  • Wrong Size Sent: If the size you received doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ll ship the correct one out, fast and free.

What’s Not Eligible?

Some things are out of our hands — like heartbreak and the wrong size being picked.
